William Brown has 18 years of experience implementing BI applications at Fortune 500 companies, including financial, sales, and marketing analysis systems. He joined Symmetry from Oracle Corporation, where he helped implement Oracle’s first two OLAP systems, Global Sales Reporting and Financial Reporting and Budgeting. In addition to Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services, ProClarity, Reporting Services, SharePoint, Scorecard Manager, Excel, and PerformancePoint Server, William’s expertise includes Cognos PowerPlay, Oracle Express, Oracle Financial Analyzer, and Oracle Sales Analyzer. His articles have appeared in various technical journals
and he is a frequent speaker at user groups, including the
Professional Association of SQL Server users. He earned a B.S. in business with an emphasis
in MIS from California State University at Hayward. |
